　　San Juan Bautista, California, USA:

　　 This is the spawn laboratory where we produce the inoculum destined to be
　　 used by all of the Amycel facilities.
　　 It is located within 10 miles of ITF, MFI, and the research facility.
　　 In addition to producing all of Amycels inoculum, its annual spawn
　　 production capacity is 8 millions liters.
　　 The spawn is sold throughout the Western USA and Canada.

　　

　　Madisonville, Texas, USA:

　　 This laboratory was acquired and transformed by Amycel in 1987.
　　 It has an annual spawn production capacity of 8 millions liters and its
　　 sales territory is logically formed by the Eastern USA, Mexico, and South America.

　　

　　Vendôme, France, European Union:

　　 This third acquired and transformed spawn plant, is now able
　　 to produce 16 millions liters of spawn per year.
　　 Its mission is to supply all of our European and Mid-East customers.
